We are hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of next-generation AI features. You will architect LLM-based solutions, establish best practices for prompt engineering, and define rigorous evaluation frameworks for AI outputs. This is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll work across the entire ML lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and scaling.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement systems leveraging LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation
- Establish company-wide standards for prompt engineering and model evaluation
- Lead critical AI projects from concept to production, working closely with product and engineering teams
- Mentor other engineers and help shape the team’s technical culture
- Stay ahead of the latest advancements in GenAI to bring innovative solutions to production
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in ML or software engineering, including 3+ years in technical leadership
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications in production
- Expertise in Python and the broader ML ecosystem (PyTorch/TensorFlow, pandas, etc.)
- Strong systems design skills with experience integrating ML into larger products
- Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with RAG architectures, agent-based systems, or vector databases
- Background in audit, advisory, or fintech domains
- MLOps experience building pipelines and model deployment workflows
