The Role:
As a Product Engineer (Full-Stack), you’ll build the core user-facing product powered by an intelligent agent. You'll ship product features end to end, from backend orchestration to polished UI, and play a key role in shaping how customers interact with the platform. This role demands ownership, product intuition, and technical depth across the stack.
You’ll work cross-functionally with platform, ML, and design, translating user needs into product experiences that feel intelligent, fast, and elegant. This is a critical hire as the team scales its delivery velocity and deepens customer feedback loops.
What You’ll Do:
- Build new product features end to end, from backend systems to frontend interfaces
- Own APIs, business logic, and orchestration powering agentic workflows
- Collaborate with platform engineers on backend abstractions and infrastructure needs
- Partner with design to refine UI polish and interaction patterns
- Work directly with users to validate features and shape product direction
- Break down ambiguous problems into milestones and deliverables
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong full-stack experience with a backend or orchestration slant
- Fluency in TypeScript, React, Postgres, and NestJS (or similar frameworks)
- Experience owning projects end to end in fast-paced or startup environments
- Ability to operate independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive initiatives forward
- Customer intuition and product thinking: you care about building features people love
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and translating fuzzy requirements into shipped software
