Senior Product Manager, ML & LLMs
Compensation: $190–290k base + above-market equity

The Role
You’ll own end-to-end product development for ML and LLM-powered features, from early vision to shipped experiences. Collaborating across engineering, design, and leadership, you’ll define product direction, validate ideas with users, and push the boundaries of what AI assistants can do. You’ll operate at the heart of AI's most exciting frontier—building novel, reasoning-first experiences in a high-velocity environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex ML/LLM product initiatives from 0→1, shaping vision and execution
- Drive product discovery, design experiments, and prioritize features based on user needs
- Collaborate closely with ML engineers, designers, and execs to ship high-impact updates
- Establish success metrics and continuously iterate based on real-world feedback
- Champion user voice through deep qualitative and quantitative research
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of end-to-end product leadership, ideally in early-stage, fast-paced settings
- 2+ years working in ML or LLM-driven environments, including hands-on contributions
- Track record of launching products that solve real problems and earn user love
- Strong first-principles thinking, user empathy, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bias toward action, high iteration velocity, and a humble, truth-seeking mindset
