What you’ll do

Own the full ML lifecycle from idea to production: data prep, training, diagnostics, iteration, deployment, and monitoring

Collaborate closely with research scientists to choose methods, design experiments, and interpret results

Build reliable, maintainable production code in Python and modern ML tooling

Improve workflows and contribute to scaling the lab from 0?1?100
What you’ll bring

Strong software engineering foundation and hands-on coding in Python

Fluency with ML tooling such as NumPy, Pandas, and PyTorch
-
Track record of shipping ML systems end-to-end, not just running prebuilt pipelines

Clear thinking, bias to action, and comfort in a candid, fast-moving environment
Nice to have

Experience optimizing training loops or performance in PyTorch

Breadth across classical ML and deep learning

Prior experience in small, high-ownership teams
Location
