Engineering Manager
Compensation: $250,000–$300,000 base + above-market equity

They're looking for an Engineering Manager to grow a high-performing team while maintaining the speed, ownership, and engineering excellence that have driven their success.
The Role
This is a leadership-first role where your impact comes through coaching exceptional engineers, delivering ambitious product outcomes, and building a strong engineering culture. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Research to ship high-impact features while providing technical guidance through architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentorship.

Mentor engineers through technical and career development.
Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical planning.
