Job Title: Data Scientist
Salary: $160,000 Base
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite, 5 days per week)

This role involves working onsite full-time, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and directly impacting critical projects spanning areas like healthcare, economics, and public policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Mine, analyze, and visualize large datasets to identify trends and patterns that guide client-focused solutions.
- Statistical & Machine Learning Techniques: Develop predictive models and advanced analytics solutions using Python, R, or similar tools.
- Data Pipeline Management: Design and maintain efficient ETL processes to ensure data integrity and timely insights.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging data science tools and techniques to enhance team capabilities and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Analytical Skills: Proven track record of statistical modeling and machine learning to tackle real-world problems.
- Communication: Ability to present complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years in a data-focused role, ideally with large-scale datasets and quantitative projects.
