Director / Head of GTM Analytics
(GTM Analytics, AI-Powered BI & Revenue Insights)
Compensation: $250,000 - $280,000 + Equity
Location: Remote
The Company
A high-growth, venture-backed technology company is building an AI-forward growth platform for a large professional market. The business has reached significant commercial scale and is investing heavily in AI, data infrastructure and automation to change how its teams access and use business insight.
The Opportunity
This is a chance to take ownership of a GTM analytics function at a point where the business wants to move decisively from reactive reporting to proactive, decision-shaping insight. You will have direct exposure to senior leadership, meaningful autonomy and the opportunity to define how a lean, AI-enabled analytics team operates.
The Role
You will own analytics across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Enablement, making sure leaders can access data they trust and use it to make better decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role combining analytics strategy, executive partnership, technical depth and day-to-day delivery.
What You’ll Do
Own and prioritize the analytics roadmap across the full go-to-market organization.
Build reliable reporting and self-serve data access for executives, functional leaders, managers and individual contributors.
Deliver rigorous ad hoc analysis with a clear recommendation and point of view, not simply a set of numbers.
Develop a proactive insights capability that surfaces important trends and opportunities before leadership asks for them.
Identify upstream process and data-quality issues and partner with Operations and Data Engineering to resolve them at source.
Use AI-powered analytics and automation to reduce routine analyst workload and expand self-service across the business.
Lead and develop a small analytics team while setting clear standards for quality, prioritization and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Bring
Significant experience across analytics, business intelligence or data strategy, with increasing ownership and leadership responsibility.
A track record of supporting or owning analytics for revenue-facing teams such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
Strong SQL, BI/visualization and data-modeling capability.
Experience partnering closely with Data Engineering on data architecture, tooling and quality.
The executive presence to engage confidently with VP and C-level stakeholders and turn complex analysis into a clear business narrative.
A commercial mindset that connects data to revenue outcomes and understands how GTM teams actually operate.
A hands-on, high-ownership approach suited to a lean environment where leaders still build, analyze and solve problems themselves.
What This Role Requires
Proven experience owning meaningful GTM or revenue analytics scope.
Strong understanding of common Sales, Marketing and Customer Success metrics and operating rhythms.
Ability to deliver technically credible analysis while communicating recommendations clearly to senior executives.
Willingness to operate hands-on while leading a small team and driving work cross-functionally.
