2025, the jobs market is heating up...
First of all, how is it mid-January already? I swear, we just rang in the New Year, and now I’m here writing the first newsletter of 2025. Time flies when you’re busy, right? But hey, let’s be glad January’s moving along at a good pace.
“How’s the market?” “What are you seeing?” “Who’s hiring?”
These are the top three questions I hear daily at People In AI HQ. And here’s the answer: It’s been a storming start to the year at People in AI! New and existing clients are reaching out with fresh briefs, and they want the best talent fast. Good news for them—they’ve come to the right place.
For job seekers frustrated by LinkedIn’s application black hole or the slow-moving visible market, here’s a little secret: a lot of action happens behind the scenes. Most of the roles we handle are confidential—they never make it to LinkedIn. Why? Some clients don’t have time to advertise, and others create roles specifically for standout candidates.

Looking back, 2024 was a great year for People in AI, even in a tough market.
