Job Description:
- Partner with clients to understand their AI and Data hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate searches to identify high-potential individuals
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and post-offer
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service
- Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies and support junior consultants
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a similar recruitment role (360 process)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
