Machine Learning Engineer – Generative AI & Image Synthesis
Location: On-Site in NYC (Midtown)
Compensation: $160K–$200K base + equity
We are working with a well-funded, early-stage startup developing a next-generation generative AI platform that enables instant, photorealistic image generation and modification. Their technology is designed to streamline complex design and visualization workflows, reducing iteration cycles from months to real-time.

What You’ll Do
- Fine-tune and develop diffusion models for high-resolution image generation.
- Work on image segmentation and inpainting to enable modular, real-time content modifications.
- Optimize and scale the AI pipeline for seamless, low-latency deployment.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate state-of-the-art generative models into production environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with computer vision and generative modeling (e.g., diffusion models, GANs, VAEs).
- Proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and inference pipelines.
- Willingness to work on-site in NYC, collaborating in a high-iteration, hands-on environment.
Compensation & Perks
