Signals Team:
Focus on representation learning to address complex user-behavior modeling challenges

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with representation learning, embeddings, CTR modeling, and sequence modeling, coupled with a strong product mindset
Data Monetization:
Develop robust systems to safely ingest partner data and extract valuable signals that power the broader ML ecosystem
Create private-by-design technologies for secure, customer-facing ML applications
Preferred candidates have experience in consumer-facing ML challenges (e.g., personalization, recommender systems) and are comfortable with orchestration tools (Airflow, CI/CD, Spark, etc.), embodying a proactive, startup mentality
Compelling Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary in the $225K–$250K range
