The founding team blends startup speed with world-class technical backing, and they’re hiring founding engineers to help deliver real-world AI solutions — starting with financial services and expanding into other verticals.
This role is ideal for engineers who want to sit at the intersection of applied LLMs, product thinking, and client impact. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work directly with users to scope, build, and ship high-leverage AI tools grounded in real-world needs.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end deployment of AI systems — from scoping and architecture to rollout and monitoring
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients, translating workflows into working code
- Partner with applied researchers on solution design and system behavior
- Implement APIs, backend components, data flows, and infrastructure that make LLM agents usable and robust
- Help shape early team culture, engineering standards, and product direction
Who You Are
- 3+ years of engineering experience with a backend or data infra focus
- Proficient in Python, Java, C++, or similar systems-level languages
- Experienced deploying systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communicator who can explain architecture to technical and non-technical audiences alike
- Bonus: exposure to generative AI systems, vector databases, agent frameworks, or prompt design
