Machine Learning Engineer (NYC – In Office)
A high-growth AI company in New York City is hiring Machine Learning Engineers to design and build intelligent agent systems that execute real-world workflows. This team operates on the cutting edge of LLMs, agentic architectures, and reinforcement learning. The company has strong investor backing, has achieved product-market fit, and is scaling rapidly.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in NYC.
What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and deploying agent-based systems end-to-end

Collaborating with research scientists to integrate cutting-edge ML ideas

Running fast-paced experiments and iterating on production systems
Ideal Background

5+ years of experience building complex systems (Python preferred)

Deep interest in LLMs, reinforcement learning, or agent frameworks

First-principles thinker with strong execution skills

Must be NYC-based or willing to relocate (5 days/week in-office)
Compensation
Base salary between $100,000–$300,000, plus a highly competitive equity package
