We are hiring a Staff AI Engineer to help build production-grade AI systems used across the financial services industry.
This role focuses on designing and deploying multi-agent systems that power real-world workflows across investment research, advisor tooling, and operational automation.
The Role
You will own the design and delivery of end-to-end AI systems, from model behavior through to production deployment.
Responsibilities include:
- Building multi-agent systems for complex financial workflows
- Designing pipelines that combine retrieval, reasoning, tool execution, and validation
- Developing scalable services with strong observability and reliability
- Creating evaluation frameworks for accuracy, grounding, and correctness
- Implementing memory systems and context management strategies
- Optimizing systems for latency, cost, and performance in production
- Partnering with product and engineering teams to deliver user-facing systems
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on shipping production systems, not internal tools or experimentation.
Tech Stack & Environment
- Python and modern AI frameworks
- Agent orchestration frameworks and tool-calling systems
- Retrieval systems and vector databases
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Containerized and distributed systems
- Model serving and inference optimization tooling
What We’re Looking For
- Experience deploying LLM or generative AI systems into production
- Strong understanding of multi-agent architectures and orchestration
- Experience with RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks
- Solid backend engineering and distributed systems experience
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and scalable deployment
- Ability to operate with high ownership in fast-paced environments
- Strong product mindset and ability to engage with real business problems
