We are working with an early-stage AI company building intelligent software for one of the largest and least digitized industries in the world: real estate development.
Their platform deploys AI agents that act like digital employees, handling complex workflows across planning, construction, and asset management. The company is already working with large institutional customers and is seeing rapid early traction.
This is a founding engineering hire, working directly with the technical leadership team to build and ship production systems from day one.
Role Scope
You will design and deploy AI agents that automate real-world workflows across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities include:
• Building AI agents that handle end-to-end tasks across complex workflows
• Working with unstructured data such as PDFs, spreadsheets, and emails
• Designing backend systems for data ingestion, orchestration, and reasoning
• Improving reliability and performance of agents in production
• Translating customer workflows into scalable software systems
Tech Stack & Environment
• Modern LLM and agent frameworks
• Backend and infrastructure systems for production deployment
• Cloud-based architecture and tooling
• AI-native development workflows
What They’re Looking For
• Backend, infrastructure, or full stack engineers with strong systems fundamentals
• Experience building scalable, production-grade software
• Exposure to AI agents or AI-powered applications is a strong plus
• Ability to design and own systems end-to-end
• High ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-moving environments
This is not a role for data scientists or purely research-focused engineers. The focus is on building real products used by customers.

Compensation & Location
