We are working with an early-stage company building data-driven pricing systems for the secondary ticket market across sports and live events.
The platform leverages real-time signals to generate pricing and bidding decisions in fast-moving, high-variance environments. Through a recent partnership, the business can now make instant cash offers to ticket holders and is already processing strong weekly transaction volume with consistent growth.
The Role
You will build and improve models that drive pricing and risk decisions. This includes working with live data, developing new features, and continuously refining model performance in complex market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate on pricing and bidding models
- Work with real-time and batch data sources
- Incorporate external signals such as game events, weather, and demand shifts
- Analyze model performance and improve outputs
- Collaborate with engineering to deploy and maintain models
Tech Stack & Environment
- Python

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Python and data modeling
- Experience working with messy or rapidly changing datasets
- Background in real-time or event-driven systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
