The company is expanding and looking for talented engineers to drive the next development phase.
What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance search-related features such as ranking models, query understanding, and natural language question answering.
- Analyze and understand user needs to identify gaps in the current search stack.
- Experiment with and iterate on ML/NLP solutions to address those gaps.
- Develop an experimentation framework for evaluating improvements in search capabilities.
- Write robust, maintainable, and testable code.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience with knowledge graphs, search technology, recommendation systems, or related fields.
- Strong coding skills in Go, Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
- Experience with machine learning and natural language processing in large-scale production systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest or background in the construction industry is a plus.
- Experience building applications on top of large language models (LLMs) in production environments is highly desirable.
