The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development, deployment, and scaling of machine learning models that analyze vast amounts of structured and unstructured data, such as web data, geolocation, and satellite imaging. Your insights will be crucial in understanding the risk profiles of various business classes, driving innovative solutions in the commercial insurance space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models at scale.

Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience in engineering and data science.
- You possess a deep understanding of applied machine learning algorithms, with a strong emphasis on natural language processing (NLP) and statistical methods.
- You are proficient in Python and its major data science libraries, with experience deploying models and algorithms in production environments.
- You thrive on solving problems and finding creative solutions, demonstrating a strong "can-do" attitude.
- You are comfortable working across both data science and engineering disciplines to bring models to production.
- You value a culture of transparency and open communication.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics and data engineering.
