Are you an ML Engineer who can build end-to-end ML models in a fast-paced environment? You will join a team of 15 MLEs, where you will take your ideas into a high-impact production environment. You'll be part of a team that all go in Tues-Thurs for maximum team collaboration and work on business problems that have a huge impact. Think recommendation systems, predictive analytics, ranking, customer LTV, etc.
Requirements:
- Building customer-centric ML models from scratch
- 6+ years of professional experience building systems
- Proven track record of building scalable, efficient, and automated processes
- Experience with machine learning and data analysis tools (TensorFlow/PyTorch, xgboost, pandas, matplotlib, SQL, Spark)
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience leading cross-functional machine learning projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Tech:
- Infrastructure: Built on top of Kubernetes, running in AWS's EKS environment. Managed with Istio, Datadog, Terraform, CloudFlare, and Helm.
- Backend: Java / Spring Boot microservices built with Gradle. Integrated with DynamoDB, Kinesis, AirFlow, Postgres, Planetscale, and Redis on AWS.
- Frontend: Built with React and TypeScript. Utilizes GraphQL, Storybook, Radix UI, Vite, esbuild, and Playwright.
- Automation: Driven by custom and open-source machine learning models. Processes large datasets with Python, Metaflow, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Pandas.
