Senior Product Manager – AI for Engineering Reliability (NYC, Hybrid)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $170K–$200K base + equity
Department: Product

We're working with a rapidly growing AI startup on a mission to make complex engineered systems — from electric vehicles to medical devices — safer, more reliable, and easier to manage.

This company is building an advanced intelligence platform that helps engineering teams detect and resolve product issues before they escalate. By analyzing fragmented and unstructured data — like sensor logs, support tickets, field reports, and error codes — the platform enables teams to proactively uncover root causes and take action.

This is a high-impact product role where you’ll shape critical data workflows and help launch new capabilities that power decision-making across global engineering organizations.

? What You’ll Do

  • Lead the strategy and execution for backend data workflows — from ingestion to insight — that power the platform’s core functionality.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and operations to align user needs with product priorities.

  • Own the product roadmap for your area and balance short-term delivery with long-term innovation.

  • Continuously gather feedback, measure impact, and refine your product based on real customer usage.

  • Make trade-offs between speed, scale, and complexity while keeping the user experience front of mind.

? What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or data infrastructure products.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from idea through delivery in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong instincts for product UX and a deep empathy for technical users.

  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and defining MVPs that deliver value early.

  • Bonus points for experience in safety-critical industries (e.g. aerospace, healthcare, automotive) or familiarity with AI/ML-powered tools.

? Why Join

  • Help shape a platform that’s transforming how companies build, monitor, and support engineered products.

  • Solve high-stakes, real-world problems that affect reliability, performance, and customer safety.

  • Join a small but growing team where your work will have immediate, tangible impact.

  • Competitive compensation and equity in a well-funded, mission-driven company.

  • Work in a collaborative hybrid environment, with a team that values intellectual curiosity and hands-on problem solving.
