The Role
We are seeking an MLOps Engineer to support developing and optimizing our machine learning infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This key role involves implementing robust ML platforms that will support our data science team in deploying and maintaining production-grade forecasting models. You will work within an AWS environment to create scalable, reliable, and efficient ML systems that serve our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment
- Support infrastructure for continuous integration and deployment of ML models
- Configure and maintain monitoring systems for model performance, data drift, and system health
- Develop automated testing frameworks for ML systems
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to optimize model deployment workflows
- Participate in code reviews and documentation of MLOps best practices
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience as an MLOps Engineer or similar role with strong background in DevOps and ML engineering
- Strong experience with AWS services, particularly SageMaker, Lambda, and ECS/EKS
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and practices for ML systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
The Team
The successful candidate will join a highly skilled team led by a seasoned Senior Director of Data & ML with extensive experience in machine learning. The team is structured to encourage full-stack ML capabilities, offering opportunities to engage in all aspects of the machine learning lifecycle—from data collection to model deployment. The team emphasizes infrastructure excellence and automated workflows to support our machine learning initiatives.
