Position Overview:
My client is seeking Machine Learning Engineers who are passionate about pushing AI's boundaries in media generation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge research projects in computer vision, with a focus on generative models for image and video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, a deep interest in building systems that enhance human creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative research projects in computer vision, particularly on generative image and video creation models.
- Collaborate with a top-tier engineering team dedicated to advancing content creation technologies within web-based platforms.
- Work closely with the product organization to bring state-of-the-art machine learning models into production environments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering or research, particularly in machine learning, computer vision, or graphics.
- Proficiency in at least one central machine learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong programming skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable research code.
- A deep interest in developing human-in-the-loop systems that empower creativity.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions under tight product deadlines.

Compensation: My client is committed to attracting and retaining exceptional talent, offering competitive salary packages based on industry standards, experience, skill level, and internal equity. The anticipated salary range for this role is $260,000 to $300,000, with flexibility depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. This range applies to candidates based in the U.S.; adjustments may be made for those based in other regions.
