Full-Stack Data Scientist (Onsite in Northern Virginia)
A dynamic data solutions provider with decades of rich, multi?source transactional and consumer data is seeking a Full?Stack Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and end?to?end data projects. This position involves everything from data engineering to machine learning and business intelligence, with opportunities to innovate and shape the company’s data strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Predictive Analytics: Build and deploy models to forecast behaviors and outcomes using large, diverse datasets.
- Data Engineering & Modeling: Design and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security.
- Advanced ML Techniques: Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms to enhance predictive capabilities.
- Business Intelligence: Conduct data analysis and visualization, delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Work alongside cross?functional teams (engineering, data, etc.) to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay current on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices to refine and expand data science offerings.
- Project Management: Own projects from concept to deployment, balancing timelines with top?quality execution.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in data engineering, data analysis, machine learning, and/or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Synapse, or similar cloud/big data platforms
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Competency in visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
